Objective: To launch a website, come up with innovative creatives and drive sales through digital channels.

Urbn spread its wings across the Indian subcontinent in 2012 with the sole purpose of providing quality gadgets at an accessible price point. Six years later, its most contemporary offering Urbn was born. Urbn took this same vision but added an indescribable sense of energy to its products, making it young India’s instant favorite.

Since then, Urbn has sold more than a million Urbn products through our online partners. Our current range of power products is homegrown and built keeping the Indian consumer and his usage in mind. A consistent rating of 4+ on Amazon and Flipkart? Done. Stringent quality checks? Well, that’s just second nature. The smallest and fastest power bank out there? Took us 8 months to create but we got that done too. Audio devices and wearables? We’ll get that done sooner than you know.

We’re constantly tapping into the minds of our consumers, almost predicting what they need next. At Urbn, we aim to give our consumers what they want, not just what they need. And we’ll have it no other way.

What we did: Analyzed, the brand was selling well on Amazon but was not able to achieve desired profit due to several factors like a low price, high competition, additional charges of shipping, Amazon’s cut, and warehousing cost.

Hence, Planned to build a conversion-friendly and robust eCommerce website, to tackle this problem, and drive sales through all the Digital channels we decided to create a Social media strategy by creating innovative Creatives & Videos that would resonate with the target audience and boost customer engagement.

Results: 

The impact of designing Web Store along with Social Media Strategy:

  • Engagement rate on Facebook, Instagram increased: from (before) to (after)
  • Revenue – % increase
  • Facebook page likes increased from x to y
  • Instagram followers increased from x to y
  • The RTO earlier was 50%+, and now is less than 5%

Visitors on the website so far: 15 Million +
Bounce Rate: 20% (Industry standard is 45%)
